Understandably, you may not want competitors or other businesses to compete with your branding or marketing services. This means avoiding any publicity of your name, requests, interviews, or any showcasing of the services given to your brand or business displaying Ada Portillo as the origins.

By filling out this form, and paying the associated fee, you will be exempt from any publicity, showcasing, or marketing affiliation related to Ada Portillo.

Your work, purchases, conversations, and final deliverables will be completely hidden and kept in total confidentiality.

I understand that by completing this form I will not be featured in any promotional, showcase, or business materials relating to Ada Portillo.

I understand that should another entity showcase my work, Ada Portillo is not responsible for any unsolicted investigations that discover the origins of any project.

I understand that although this prevents my work or information from being shared publicly or privately to other individuals or corporations outside of my own, this does not limit Ada Portillo from taking on projects from those whom may be deemed "competitors."

I understand that I must fully pay the designated non-disclosure fee to compensate for the loss of portfolio marketing pieces of Ada Portillo for this agreement to take full effect.
